25th Anniversary of Griffin!

On Sat 2nd and Sun 3rd August, The Griffin Bowls Club celebrated its 25th anniversary. The weekend hosted a spoon drive event of 48 participants on Saturday morning, an evening of 100 members and ex-members reminiscing about the club's history and a Sunday morning further spent sharing fond memories. It was an amazing turnout, worthy of the occasion, full of laughter, smiles and an atmosphere reflecting the warmth of the club that any prospective members would experience on a daily basis.

Jan M, a long-standing member, said of the weekend, "I would like to thank all at the Griffin Bowls Club who helped to make the Club anniversary so special. Beautifully organised and lovely to see so many happy members enjoying the event. So many happy memories with past and present members. Thank you all once again. Jan x"
